Main objectives

The objective of the Financial Administrator within N-Sea is to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements and reporting.

 

Main Duties

The main duties as Financial Administrator, include but are not limited to:

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Accurate processing of supplier invoices and assist in preparation of payment schedules
  • Update accounts receivable, payable and perform reconciliations and issue invoices
  • Assist senior cost accountant with cost analyses
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Assist financial manager in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings

 

Requirements for the position

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or relevant field
  • Advanced accounting skills
  • Well-versed in accounting principles and good understanding of financial reporting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Strong Time Management and ability to priorities and meet deadlines
  • Integrity with an ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong Team Player
  • Problem Solving ability
  • Good communication skills
