The accolade, which was announced at a virtual ceremony on 14 August, recognises business growth resulting from successful international and export activity in the offshore energy sector.
The winning entry illustrated N-Sea’s substantial progress in the Middle East oil and gas market, where strong partner and operator interest across its range of services has resulted in contract awards for a range of civil, IRM and subsea projects, which exceeded $15million USD during 2019.
Asa Gamble, N-Sea Managing Director, Middle East comments: “Over the past three years, we have built upon the opportunity to transfer N-Sea’s UKCS expertise to the Middle East, exporting our knowledge and impressive track record into the region.
“Using the same practices and techniques we deploy in the North Sea, we have incorporated our existing capabilities with local content. In doing so, we have combined the exceptional talent available in both regions, along with our technology to create an unrivalled service offering within the ME.”
N-Sea COO, Roddy James, adds: “We are delighted that our efforts and success have gained industry recognition via the OAA Internationalisation Award.
“N-Sea has reacted to a gap in the ME marketplace by offering an integrated, multi-faceted approach. By providing one project management team we have created an efficient process which has been appreciated by clients in the region and reflects N-Sea’s outstanding industry expertise across all locations and sectors in which we operate.”
