We provide complete decommissioning and abandonment services, involving the dismantling and removal of subsea installations and structures.

N-Sea continues to evolve alongside the growing decommissioning sector. We prefer to take tried and tested means to another level, exploring ways in which to increase the impact upon both safety and proficiency for our clients, helping them meet their regulatory obligations and cost control challenges.

Our extensive decommissioning and relocation experience allows us to:

  • Assist in devising the overall strategy for containment after Cessation of Operations

  • Cater for all preservation needs prior to decommissioning; keeping the structure and integrity of the asset intact and thus maintaining a safe working environment

  • Create dismantling strategies based on a safe deconstruction, while optimising the use of the lifting and transport facilities available. This can also be carried out as part of a feasibility study

  • Management and execution of assessment, inspection, access, coating, fabric maintenance and dismantling execution services

  • Utilising both traditional and advanced inspection technologies, we set up, then execute bespoke strategies which assess asset condition, making decisions regarding immediate removal, decontamination or asset preservation

  • Subsea activities, including inspection, intervention, cutting, decontamination, removal.

Our fleet of daughtercraft affords safe operating envelopes in close proximity to the asset
