At N-Sea we believe that our people are our most valuable asset. As our Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our rewards structure and policies are aligned with our business goals, market standards, and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acting as an strategic advisor for employee enquiries related to C&B and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Advise HR and leadership on salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits policies.
• Co-operate with your HR colleagues on developing and implementing policies regarding inter-national mobility and related remuneration projects.
• Conduct job evaluations, market analyses, and benchmarking to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Manage annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and salary adjustments.
• Supporting the development and rollout of HRIS systems.
• Further develop the company’s job architecture and job framework.
• Collaborate with external providers and brokers.
• Analyse C&B trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• It’s a plus if you have experience in the Offshore industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other data tools
• In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits regulations, and market practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on mindset.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
