Are you an experienced leader with a strong technical background in offshore ROV operations and asset management? N-Sea is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Operational ROV Asset Manager to join our team in IJmuiden.

As an Operational ROV Asset Manager at N-Sea, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the readiness, maintenance and performance of our ROV assets worldwide. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, safeguard safety and compliance, and ensure asset availability to support successful project execution. Your leadership will directly influence operational excellence, cost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead the safe, compliant and efficient management of all ROV assets under N-Sea control.
• Oversee maintenance and repair (M&R) activities, ensuring assets meet legislation, manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Implement and monitor M&R protocols, documentation and preventive maintenance planning.
• Ensure availability of spare parts, tooling and consumables for ongoing projects.
• Lead and mentor asset coordinators, ROV technicians, superintendents, supervisors and pilot/techs worldwide.
• Coordinate crew selection, competency requirements and development plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and support departments.
• Establish, manage and forecast M&R and CAPEX budgets, including purchase orders and supplier agreements.
• Drive SHE-Q compliance with the objective of zero harm to people, environment and equipment.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Lead incident reporting, investigation and non-conformance management.
• Arrange and follow up on FMECA processes, system audits and equipment inspections.
• Contribute to tenders with asset capability input and review technical requirements.
• Support lessons learned, continuous improvement and training initiatives for technical staff.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through professional experience.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the offshore subsea industry.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role in a technical environment.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of ROV assets and specialized offshore equipment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and organisational skills.
• Excellent reporting and communication abilities.
• Proficient in English at a professional level.
• Familiarity with industry standards, legislation and management systems related to ROV operations.
