N-Sea is looking for an experienced Project Manager Survey to join our team.
As a Project Manager Survey, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects within the agreed time, budget, and quality standards. You will play a crucial role in managing risks, developing strategies, and ensuring compliance with SHEQ procedures.
Key responsibilities:
• Risk Management: Perform risk management within contracts, including SHE and commercial aspects, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and demonstrably mitigated.
• Strategy Development: Provide input for the development and implementation of the strategy for the project, both commercially and technically.
• SHEQ Compliance: Ensure all work carried out within the contracts is in accordance with the company’s SHEQ procedures and legislative requirements.
• Project Execution: Ensure that the project work scope is executed in accordance with company-agreed processes and procedures, the contract, client procedures, relevant certifying authority requirements, legislation, and industry standards.
• Budget Management: Responsible for budgets and project expenditure (approving all spends).
• Project Handover: Ensure successful commissioning, handover, and closeout of the project to the client and/or operations as appropriate.
• KPIs: Deliver relevant KPIs within the project as specified by the client.
• Resource Management: Manage the project personnel, ensuring the best utilisation of resources.
• Promotion of N-Sea Services: Promote other N-Sea services that are relevant to the project and develop further business opportunities for N-Sea.
• Project Objectives: Strive to achieve all predetermined project deliverables in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Communication: Act as the main focal point and liaison between N-Sea and the client for all communication relating to their project.
• Documentation: Review and approve all project documentation and ensure it is issued in a timely manner.
• Subcontractor Management: Ensure that subcontractor personnel, such as ROV contractors, mobilisation contractors, etc., are available and effectively manage all plant and equipment requirements, ensuring the correct equipment for the job is supplied.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure all project personnel are aware of and act in accordance with N-Sea policies, rules, regulations, and legislation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in a suitable engineering discipline, project management, or business studies.
• Experience in a similar role within the oil and gas sector.
• Proven project engineering experience in the engineering industry.
• Working knowledge of offshore and inshore air/nitrox diving activities, with experience with HSE, IMCA, and ADC rules.
• Knowledge of ROV operations.
• Experience with offshore diving operations from DSVs.
• Understanding of DSV vessel charter parties.
• Knowledge of risks associated with various diving work scopes and locations.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
• Computer literate.
